These prices are for the vacation home (not per person) & include Florida Sales/Tourist Tax, end of stay cleaning charge as well as all utilities and linen/towels

The minimum rental is 7 nights (usually Saturday to Saturday). Discounted rates are available for stays of 4 weeks or longer.

If required, electric pool heating is available at £70 ($130) per week and should be requested at the time of booking and paid for with the final balance.
